Abby is being admitted today. She made it two days after her chemo. Her spinal pressure is shooting up again. She is miserable.
If you missed that last post below ("Bernie Mac..."), be sure to read it. The post and comments are hilarious, and I don't know about you, but we could use a good laugh.

XXOO For Abby.
Praying Praying Praying!!
I'm praying for Abby! She's often on my heart, as mom of a daughter (by adoption) named Abbie!
Is your Abby Philadelphia positive? I know you said it was genetic. We have friends whose daughter has ALL, Philadelphia positive, and she is adopted from China. Just thought I'd ask. Their site is www.caringbridge.org/visit/katherinegallaway.
And since I'm posting, I'll add to your "things they say" post. :-)
My daughter (who is almost 3) has a speech delay, so she often mixes up beginning & ending sounds on words. The word "chips" sounds slightly inappropriate when she says it. Well, for some reason I asked for chips at the table & mimicked Abbie's way (I'm not sure what I was thinking)--and you should have seen my boys (ages 5 & 8) & husband stare at me! I QUICKLY had to clarify I was asking for CHIPS, not calling names! I have other ones on my website--kids do provide good comic relief!
Many, many of God's blessings on your family today!

My neice was diagnosed with lukemia last Thanksgiving and is still fighting the disease. This hits so close to home. My prayers are with you and your family.

Thank you for posting so faithfully even through such difficult times. For those of us that are following the "story of Abby" we appreciate your faithfulness.
My prayers are definitely that Abby won't have too bad a weekend. Sometimes we ask "why" but don't get the answers as a "burning bush", but only as a peace that settles into our hearts. That is my prayer for you... that God's peace and love will surround Abby and her amazing family.

God laid Abby on my heart, (as he usually does several times a day). So I thought I would check on her. I am glad I did. We will stop and pray right now.
With Love,
Michelle

Many prayers coming your way! God Bless!
I have just been introduced to your blog through McMamma's. I felt like I needed to leave you a comment because I myself had Acute Lymphatic Leukimia when I was 2 1/2. I am now 27, married and even have my own baby, which was said to never happen. I am praying for your precious Abby!

Praying. Abby and your whole family has been on my heart. Praying for peace and comfort for sweet Abby's body.
I came over from MckMama's, after reading your hilarious comment regarding us southerners! Your comment sounded exactly like the people who live in our neck of the woods (not ME, of course)! You're a hoot!
Please know that I am praying for precious Abby and your entire family.
Blessings,
Beth E.
