Michelle just called me at home. I've been back 3 or so hours. Abby is in agony. I'm going back to the hospital. The morphine and Fentanyl are not even helping.
Abby is in terrible pain; she cries while sound asleep, and when awake cries out loudly in the most pitiful way. The infection on her stomach is now red and inflamed even worse; the sores on her bottom and girl-parts are bleeding.
She has to have constant attention because her every move, going to the bathroom, sitting up, anything... is agonizing for her. We are both exhausted. Please pray for supernatural strength. I'll keep you posted...
I post quick notes on Facebook & Twitter if you want those...

Prayin! Like Crazee, relentlessly. If I could send some of my "parenting strength" over.....I would. So instead, I'll pray....
Awake tonight from a small sinus infection. nothing compared to what your precious daughter is going through! Praying for her as I lay awake during the early hours.
:( praying.
Still awake and my heart aches for Abby. Fervently praying.
Heavenly Father, ease Abby's pain right now, Lord. Give Brent and Michelle supernatural strength and endurance. Shore them up with Your power and might which is greater than we can fathom. God of all comfort, whose love endures forever and ever, I ask these things in Jesus' Holy Name. Amen.
Brent & Michelle, I'm unable to sleep, so know that you are being interceded for right through the night. I'm sure the Holy Spirit has woken up many others for the same purpose because He loves you all so much!

My heart goes out to you both. Too many memories of late nights in the hospital room, crying out to God, Our Father.

Praying for you all. Hope you can find the strenghtto get yourselves through this. Hope Abby gets some real good sleep soon.xxx Blessings.
I literally cannot breathe after reading about your journey. Please know that we are all behind Abby and your family.
Is it possible to forgo the wiping part? unless not wiping would cause more pain. At least I don't really wipe my girls when they are inflammed down there and hope that whatever lil droplets would be absorbed by whatever touches - bedsheets, hospital gown, etc.
Since my girls and perhaps Abby can't read right now, they left a video prayer encouragement in response to Brent's comment regarding the unending cycle of watching Beauty and the Beast and Lion King.

Hannah thought it would be a good idea to mail you her copy of the book "Beauty and the Beast" so the book can be read to her instead of you watching the movie again.
Hannah and Divya says, "Hiiiii Abby. My name is Hannah and Divya. We have a beauty and the beast book. We love you sooo much and we're praying for you".
Reminding myself that God sees all.

Lifting Abby up in prayer. Our God will never leave her, never leave you. He will carry Abby through this trial, he will carry you too. Wishing you some peace, comfort and rest, and relief, comfort and much needed rest for Abby. Stay strong, you are not alone.
Praying and thinking of abby constantly.
