A ketchup bottle was on the dinner table with the lid loose and leaked ketchup all over the bottle and table.
Landis, 2, was standing next to me when I said to my wife, “Great… the kids left the ketchup lid loose and it has spilled out all over the table and the bottle.”
To which Landis replied, and meant every word, “Want to me to lick it, Dad-dee?”
What makes that so funny is knowing for a fact if I would have said yes, he would have licked the entire table and bottle clean without skipping a beat.

How cute! But think about it, how many people DO let their kid go ahead and lick the ketchup, salt shaker, napkin.. with a weak immune system I always ask for packets for that reason ;)

I am guessing it is that she doesn't want mommy to see her...based on what you wrote about her "finally" acting her age over the weekend...which was such great news. I double dipped on my funny page, I must admit. I already keep record of the goofy stuff that happens around here for "Friday Funny Pages" but I added in your icon and linked to that.
One thing I didn't write because my mom reads my posts and is VERY conservative, which is fine, happened tonight and had me in stitches. Because we were running late on time tonight my husband was taking showers with my boys (2.5 years and 7.5 mos) instead of them taking a bath. My oldest little guy looked at my husband and said "Daddy big penis"..."I big penis too!...'Baby J' just little". We were dying. I guess it starts young.
I think she's watching Mommmy and Daddy smooching. Kids think that's pretty funny for some reason. ;)
