Having YOUR BLOG linked to the magazine, means you benefit from the popularity of the magazine. Everyone linked together like a "web" increases the exposure of the whole community of blogs. The search engines find all of us easier, our blogs rise in popularity, more people find us all. It truly is a GREAT group effort to be a part of.

• Each month we will post a NEW directory in the magazine
• This information can quickly become outdated
• This allows the order of the directory to change each month giving new people a chance to sign up first (first come, first listed)
• This ensures a FRESH, UPDATED directory for every issue
• You should try different descriptions each month to draw attention

IMPORTANT: each month, the directory will be NEW, created from scratch. If you want to be in the FREE directory, you must enter your blog each month. This may seem to be a bit of a pain, but the directory is FREE, and we want current, accurate information... and we want people to have a chance to be listed in different order, and have new descriptions.

We appreciate you being part of Serious.Life Magazine and want to reward your participation. Each of your blogs get exposure to a huge audience, and get to be linked to a highly ranked site (which is a GREAT benefit to you in case you didn't know).

On top of that, I will choose TWELVE blogs who have referred us the most traffic to receive FREE quarter page ads. And, I will choose EIGHT RANDOM blogs from the new directory list who will receive FREE quarter page ads.

Your Blog Posts & Content Published

The section of the magazine where we include your blog posts is VERY popular. Each month, two or three of those blog posts become a separate feature story. If you have blog posts you want me to consider putting in the March issue:

• Send me each post, by itself in a separate email
• Put in the SUBJECT LINE: March Serious.Life: Content
• Send as many as you want, but follow those directions so I can organize them
• If you've submitted them before, or in other ways, please send them to me again. I'm getting so much content, that I have to change how I receive it so I can stay organized

We are going to publish EVEN MORE of your content in the next issue, so don't be bashful. Not everyone will get chosen, but you have no chance of getting published if you don't submit anything.

What is the criteria for good content that will be chosen?

Simple: will readers be glad they took time to read your content? That's it. Doesn't matter the topic, doesn't matter how short or long. Will people say "wow, I'm glad I read that!" when they get done. That's the criteria we use.

We REALLY want to give everyone a chance to be part of creating Serious.Life. We want it to be a magazine that belongs to us all as a blogging community. We hope you'll share your ideas for stories and content.
