Kisses for Abby - Published in the April Issue of Serious.Life Magazine

One of Abby's most adorable friends, Sophie, and her Mom, Kristy, sent Abby some "Pic Kisses & Well Wishes".

I hope you guys aren't worn out sending pics & videos, etc.... Abby is on the last week or 10 days of this really horrible phase and she had been SO delighted by the "colored tongue" pics, cards and notes on her hospital wall. Another round of fun pictures would mean the world to her. We want to fill up her entire hospital wall with pictures.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE TESTIMONY THIS HAVING ON THE HOSPITAL STAFF, THE DOCTORS, THE OTHER KIDS ON THE FLOOR, AND VISITORS. People are quite amazed at all the pictures and love you are showing. It opens up a door for us to talk about our faith.

Would you send Abby a "Pic Kisses & Well Wishes" photo? I want to publish the best of these in the Serious.Life Magazine APRIL issue, post them on the blog, and put them on Abby's hospital room wall... so here's a couple of guidelines:

• Send Abby a kiss, and a well wish in a photo. We are looking for "kissalicious, lip puckering, smoochawondrous" most fun and adorable and fantastic "kiss pic and well wish" photos in the whole world! So be creative and have fun! Be crazy, be cute, be adorable, be funny, be outrageous, be heartwarming (but be nice, and be kid-appropriate).
  
• One person/kid, groups, families, pets WHATEVER... no rules, just fun!
  
• If you choose to put your "best wishes or greeting" in some sort of writing on the photo like Sophie's, then send me two copies of the pic: one WITH the writing and one WITHOUT the writing (I will probably not put the wish messages in the magazine because the magazine is not just about Abby).
  
• Send me your photos by this Friday if you want to make it in the magazine. I'll publish a BUNCH of them (the best of them) in the April issue with a link to your blog if you include it.
  
• Send me the biggest copy of the pic you have (try not to let your computer or email make them smaller automatically). Email to brent@brentriggs.com

Sophie is one of our very favorite blog friends. She constantly sends
Abby well wishes and prays for her. I guess using that criteria, about
TEN THOUSAND of you qualify to be one of Abby's best blog friends.

Just a heads up... tomorrow I'm going to put up requests/forms for content and photos for the April issue of Serious.Life, and post up the April Blog Directory Entry.

This month (April), I'm including a new feature where the directory will be searchable and sortable and categorized, making it much easier for people to find you AND you'll get to put a longer description if you want.
