Lord, please be with the Riggs Family. Please give they a rest from the hospital trips and please heal Abby's body. Please give the doctors and nurses wisdom and discernment with Abby's care. Please give peace to the other Riggs children during this stressful time. In Jesus name. Amen.
Brent, You don't know me - but I know you all. Been following for long enough. I am sorry about this. I will be praying for you today, for strength, perseverance, Christ's hand, and for little Abby too - of course! Thank you for being such a wonderful, loving father to Abby and all your children. You are a blessing to all of us who know what is going on. Happy Fathers Day my dear brother in Christ. I can't wait to meet you in Heaven someday and give you a big hug. Praying over here in N. Idaho! Your sister in Christ Jesus, kameron www.theshadrickslove.com
Sounds to me like the enemy might really be trying to distract you from this very important meeting. I will be praying specifically against that today. (NOT saying that every time Abby is hospitalized that it is the work of the devil. But ... sometimes that darn enemy can step in and try to mess up the lives of those who are walking with the Lord.)
Stay strong. God is with your family, even when you are in Indianapolis.
So wishing I could be near to give Michelle a helping hand and a Big Hug. (LOVE you Michelle!)
... please bring your healing touch to Abby today. Bring down her fever so that she doesn't have to be admitted to the hospital.
... please give Michelle the strength and wisdom to do whatever needs to be done. Help her to step up and advocate for Abby, while also staying on the "good side" of the doctors. Such a delicate balancing act.
... please be with Brent today, on this Father's Day, when he so desperately wants to be with his family, but knows that in order to support his family he needs to be at this business meeting. Please give him comfort today, as he is probably sitting in a hotel room by himself.
... please be with the other children today. Bring the right friends and family to help while Michelle is at the hospital. Help the children not to fear for Abby. Help them to know that You are in control.
Father, I pray that you will just pour a Huge Heap of BLESSINGS onto the Riggs family today. They are needing you! They are crying out to you! And ... they KNOW that you hear their prayers.
Thank you, Lord ... for hearing our prayers and for meeting the needs of our dear friends.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to an awesome DADDY at the Riggs' house, even if he has to be out of town right now,. Brent you are showing so many of us the practical way that faith meets life and thrives!!!!! THAT, imho, is the male equivalent to "above rubies"...whatever that might scripturally be! WE are praying fro all of you and Michelle, I am jsut a tad more than an hour away. Can I come get LAndis and Hannah, or something?????????????????????? I'll call you later on to check. Loe you ALL Linda and crew

Happy Fathers Day Brent, you are doing way more than alot of Dads who are in a minutes reach with their children choose not to. You are a father to those who other wise would not have dad's. God bless you and Michelle for that.
Praying for Michelle, that Abby can be tested quickly and sent home with good results.
Oh dear ... praying for your family from over here across the ocean. Love you guys, hate that you can't get the break that you (especially Abby) so desperately need. Much, much love and prayers heading your way ...
Brent, You are a fantastic Dad, an example of a Godly man for your family. Praying God's blessings over you on Father's Day. Praying for Abby and your family. Praying for healing for Amazing Abby and strength and wisdom for Michelle. Love and hugs and prayers, Debi
Oh Shoot! THIS JUST NOW came thru on igoogle rss homepage!!! :( Why it's so SLOW for YOUR BLOG is beyond me, & I don't get the email alerts for family blog either but I do for the other sites of yours.!?.!?.!?
I'm SO Sorry that I didn't SEE this until now! But I'm EXCITED that Abby POOPED! I can bet she feels much better in the bottom area! ;)
But what's with the TEMP raise??? Why did they send her home in the first place if it's high???
I guess I'd have not left the property... but then again, I'm SINGLE, don't have a child nor others at home (so please don't think that was sarcastic in Michelle's actions - it wasn't at all)
Can that also caused by Intracraniel Pressure???
Oh I'm praying still! I've been doing some EXTRA Thinking about your situation since Saturday!!!
Now it's time to SLEEP (for 3 hrs) :) Take Care Brent, Michelle, & family! *Hugs*

I really hope someone goes and finds that know-it-all who wouldn't do the culture while they were there hours earlier. Seriously.
So sorry! Hang in there. I remember telling God, "I can't do this!!!" and his response was, "But look, you are."
Ughh. So sorry. I am about to write an update with an "arrghhh" myself (but think you have more reason -- hence the more consonants!).
Hope Abby feels better soon.
Do we have an Abby update?
Just a concerned reader.
