Pre-Easter Pic

I have never tried sponge curlers on Abby's hair. She will either wake up with beautiful curls or a hot mess. If every Easter picture features damp straight hair, you will know which we ended up with.

Abby's doctor appointment went well. Her blood work was perfect and there were no signs of relapsing. Praise God! They did find an ear infection that Abby had not mentioned to us. When I asked her about it she just smirked and said that MOST of her ear felt perfectly fine. The girl may end up being a lawyer.

Erin, the PA, did say that if Abby's leg pain doesn't resolve they might run tests on them in a month. So lets just pray they are better by then. :-)

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter. I would love to hear how you made it a special (and meaningful) day for your families.

Hope your Easter is BLESSED!

We will be having a rather quiet holiday at our place (as quiet as 6 kids can be), because none ... not one ... of our 6 Big Kids are coming home for Easter. So sad.

Miss your smiling faces, and hope y'all are doing well.

Our kids are asking when our next road trip will be. We're getting ansy to get on the road again. We'll let you know if we are headed your way. :)

Also ... still looking at job possibilities in TX or OK. Please keep us in your prayers, as we try to discern what the Lord has for our family.

That's great news for Abby! I can't wait to hear if the sponge rollers worked or not!

As for ear infections, we took our daughter in on Saturday because she'd been complaining about the right ear for 3 days. Right ear is clear, left is super infected. Go figure!
